Shipping Information
How long will delivery take?
We print and frame your artwork to order. Orders are printed, framed, and shipped within 7 business days of receiving your order. At this point, you will receive your tracking number via email.
Your artwork will arrive at your door within 14 days from the date your order is placed.
Where do you ship orders from?
All orders are shipped from our workshop in Richmond, Victoria, Australia.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free Australia-wide for all orders!
For international shipping, please contact us for a shipping quote.
How are the frames shipped?
Frames are bubble-wrapped and shipped in custom-made, double-wall cardboard packaging using a courier service. All work is insured against loss or damage.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order has been dispatched (5-7 business days after placing your order).
How can I change my address after purchasing?
If your order has not yet shipped, you can contact us directly to update your shipping address.
If your order has already been dispatched, you can contact the courier directly to request a change. Courier details will be included in the tracking email.
