Refund & Return Policy

At ‘Who’s That Art For?’ (WTAF), we take great care to ensure the quality of our products and your satisfaction. If you experience any issues with your order, please review our refund and return policy below:

Change of Mind

  • If you realize that you made a mistake with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at  who@wtaf.com.au so that we can assist you.
  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once printing has begun.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • If your order arrives damaged, faulty or poorly printed you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt.
  • To process a return, please provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order details.
  • We will review your claim within 30 business days and we will determine whether a replacement, repair, or refund is appropriate.

Return Requirements

  • If your return is approved, ‘Who’s That Art For’ will arrange return shipping at our expense.
  • All returns must be received by us before a refund or replacement is processed.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Limited Edition Prints

  • Limited edition prints are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • If a limited edition print arrives damaged, we will assess replacement or refund options based on stock availability.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
